Resistance Training is any movement that is influenced by resistance.

Some of you may think of it as weight training, which of course it can be. However, your SIMPLY FIT trainer will design a resistance programme according to your individual needs.

For example:

if you wish to reduce the aches and pains of everyday life;

or

if you wish to become a stronger sport player to enhance your game;

then your SIMPLY FIT trainer will have a Resistance training programme for you.
