When you join SIMPLY FIT and sign up to a series of sessions, your programme is designed specifically for you to meet your individual needs. You will discuss with your trainer your long term goal. Equally as important your trainer will help you decide your short term goals which will keep you motivated so that you reach your long term goal.
Your goals will be SMART:
Specific to your needs;
Measurable by results;
Agreed by yourself and your trainer;
Realistic to your lifestyle;
Timed, so that you see the results over the agreed time period.
