My background is in finance and teaching in secondary schools and further education colleges. However, after discovering the benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle, I developed a passion for this 'feel-good' lifestyle and I decided to learn more. I enrolled on a Fitness Instructor course in 2003 and loved every second of it. At this point I would have loved to embark on a career in fitness, but I had other career experiences in teaching and finance. My passion for feeling good through health and fitness never went away and I promised myself that one day, when my circumstances would allow, I would achieve my working dream of helping others to feel fit and healthy, no matter how much they feel this is an impossible goal to reach.

In 2010, I enrolled on a Level 3 Advanced Personal Training Course. I thoroughly enjoyed every day of learning about such topics as Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition and Weight Management, Core Stability, Designing fitness programmes for all abilities, Client Lifestyle and Fitness Assessment and Training in Different Environments.
As a fully qualified Personal Trainer, I have set up SIMPLY FIT and I help people of all abilities to reach their goals. I have several testimnonials already, where my clients have reached their goals and are maintaining them.
