I have battled with poor self-esteem and confidence due to my appearance in the past, but I was determined that life didn't have to be that way and I wanted to make a change. When your ready to make a change I can help you too.
I have encountered many physical and emotional barriers in myself, family, friends and those I train too. But these can be overcome and I have the methods and motivational skills to help you.
At SIMPLY FIT, you will be eased in gently and only given activity and advice you are comfortable with. I am very approachable and understanding to each and every individuals needs and your feelings are given the utmost respect.
