Pre-Activity Consultation
Before any activity takes place you will be required to run through the pre-activity screening procedure of answering a few questions regarding your current state of health. This is to maintain your safety and assess your readiness for exercise.
If at this stage there are some issues regarding your ability to take part in physical activity, your SIMPLY FIT trainer would write you a medical clearance form for your Doctor to read and sign to agree that you are able receive personal training.
Fitness Assessment Protocols:
- Resting Blood Pressure
- Waist to Hip Ratio
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Body Fat Analysis - Skinfold and/or Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis
- CV Assessment
- Resistance Assessment
- Range of Movement Assessment
- Posture Analysis
