Having tried a number of different diets and exercise regimes and yo yo'd with my weight all my adult life, I thought I'd gotten to a shape and level of fitness which was the best I was going to achieve but that I found hard to maintain. Then I started training with Dameon and I learned just how much potential I had. Now thanks to the varied and fun sessions I have with Dameon I've lost all the stubborn body fat I thought would never go and am two dress sizes smaller than the size 12 jeans I had hung onto for years in the hopes that one day I'd fit back into them! I'm fitter now than I have ever been in my life and am easily maintaining this, something I'd never thought possible before.
Dameon always keeps me motivated and never lets me give up on myself, even if I'm having a 'bad day'. My training sessions are created specifically for me to achieve my goals. I really can't recommend Simply Fit and Dameon enough. Sarah M, Cardiff.
